Athletic Director Damon Evans has resigned following his arrest for DUI last Wednesday night. President Michael Adams will make the official announcement on Monday.
The details of Evans arrest revealed in the trooper's report led Adams to ask for his resignation.
Evans was arrested six minutes before his new contract was to become effective, he would have received a $110,000 raise.
